We have been developing larger area 2-D neutron detectors for BL18 at MLF, which is a neutron diffractometer for single crystal neutron structural analysis. 41 2-D detectors with a sensitive area of 256256 mm and a pixel size of 4 mm are currently installed around the sample to improve the measurement efficiency. In this presentation, we will introduce two detectors with 22 larger than the conventional ones (512512 mm) developed for installation under the vacuum scattering chamber of SENJU and one with 13 larger (256768 mm) developed for installation in a detector bank of SENJU.
